What to do

World Geopark:
Langkawi Geopark is Malaysia’s first Geopark with a duty free status and is located in Northern State of Kedah. It is unique in the sense that it was formed on 99 beautiful islands that together made up the legendary Langkawi Archipelago. "World GeoPark" was declared by UNESCO in 2007 because at 550 million years old, the Mat Chinchang Mountain range and rainforest is one of the oldest rocks formations in South East Asia. This World GeoPark offers mangrove tours and it takes approximately 25 minutes by car from the resort to reach the Kilim River jetty from where the tour starts. There will be a boat tour to bring guests to places such as the fish farm and surrounding caves with prominent karsts landscapes, sea arches, sea stacks, fossils, glacial drop stones, waterfalls and ancient seabed to discover

Pahn-Thai Restaurant
The restaurant is closed for maintenance and will resume operations on 1 September 2011. Selected Pahn Thai menus are available in Dayang Cafe.
