Sheraton Grand Doha Resort

Bed & Breakfast from €1,409 per person

Overview

Set on the beautiful crescent of Doha Bay, Sheraton Grand Doha Resort is an inviting property with welcoming staff who will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The luxurious rooms and suites make for a great rest stop before exploring the wealth of facilities on offer here – we recommend heading to the sauna to kick-start your holiday and unwind in style. With an outdoor heated pool, Jacuzzi and steam room, relaxing has never been easier but there are numerous fitness facilities if you’d rather keep active.

With nine decadent restaurants to choose from, every culinary request is catered for – take your pick from Italian, Arabic and Lebanese, to name just a few. Families will love the addition of a kids club, where youngsters can enjoy dance classes, a specially designed pool and outdoor playground. And for those wishing to explore, the hotel is ideally situated by the soft-sand beach – take advantage of the prime location and enjoy wind surfing, water skiing and boat trips around Doha’s stunning coastline.

Top tip: If you book a Club Room or any higher room category, you’ll receive free access to the Club Lounge.

Ramadan

The holy month of Ramadan will be celebrated every year according to the lunar cycle (approximately 2 April-1 May 2022, 22 March-20 April 2023). During Ramadan, Muslims all over the world abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during daylight hours. As a result hotels in Qatar have strict restrictions on alcohol, food consumption and entertainment between sunrise and sunset. At nightfall these restrictions are lifted and normal eating, drinking and entertainment policies are resumed.

Eid Al Adha celebrates the 'breaking of the fast' and falls between sunset on 9-13 July 2022 and 28 June-2 July 2023, and starts with a 24 hour dry day followed by a three day celebration. Eid Al Adha occurs annually and dates will vary.
