Day 1
Fly in to Cape Town International Airport you will be met and transferred to the Winchester Mansions. This afternoon can be spent at leisure, or you may wish to get out and about and explore this beautiful city.

Day 2
This morning you will be picked up from the hotel for your scheduled full day Cape Point & Peninsula Tour. This is a truly awe-inspiring experience which takes you past magnificent beaches, stunning panoramas and picturesque coastal villages to the towering headland known as Cape Point. The tour ends as you return to your hotel during the late afternoon and you will stay here overnight.

Day 3
In the morning of the third day you’ll you embark on the Cape Winelands Tour. This is a wonderful drive, winding its way through the heart of the Cape Winelands offering the chance to see everything from superb mountain ranges, picturesque vineyards and relaxed Cape Dutch homesteads. Then you will return to Cape Town late in the afternoon for your overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4
Today you will join the Garden Route, Safari & Winelands small group tour.
Departing Cape Town, you'll be met by your representative and head into the Little Karoo, travelling via Montagu — a picturesque spa town where you'll stop for tea and scones at South Africa's only original Art Deco Hotel. Continue through Barrydale, where a visit to a local farm school offers a genuine insight into rural community life, before sampling port-style wines in Calitzdorp. Arrive in Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the world, in time to check in before dinner at a local ostrich farm.

Day 5
After breakfast, explore the spectacular limestone caverns of the Cango Caves – one of the world's great natural wonders. Return to Oudtshoorn for an interactive tractor tour and lunch at an ostrich farm, before crossing the scenic Outeniqua Pass to George, where a visit to the Outeniqua Transport Museum brings the Garden Route's railway history to life. Continue to Knysna, stopping at the extraordinary Map of Africa viewpoint in Wilderness along the way.

Day 6
Venture through the breathtaking Tsitsikamma Forest, where mountains, indigenous forest and deep gorges meet a rugged coastline of cliffs and sandy beaches. Visit Tsitsikamma National Park and Storms River Mouth before heading to Plettenberg Bay – originally named Bahia Formosa (beautiful bay) by Portuguese explorers. Stop at Mungo textile mill to see fine fabrics being produced on antique looms. Optional visits to Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary and Birds of Eden Sanctuary are available at own cost.

Day 7
Travel via George and Mossel Bay to Albertinia, set against the dramatic backdrop of the Langeberg Mountains. En route, pause for a walk or swim at the beautiful Victoria Bay, one of the smallest and most idyllic bays on the Garden Route. This afternoon, embark on an open vehicle game drive at a malaria-free private reserve, home to the Big Five and abundant birdlife, followed by a relaxed dinner of safari cuisine under the stars.

Day 8
Rise early for a final morning game drive in search of the Big Five, before leaving the bush behind and heading to the charming Cape Dutch town of Swellendam, founded in 1745. Continue to Hermanus, world-renowned for the best land-based whale watching on the planet (August–November). Enjoy dinner at the Heritage Restaurant, one of Hermanus's oldest fisherman's cottages, where dishes are crafted from seasonal local produce.

Day 9
After a leisurely breakfast, depart Hermanus and journey to the historic university town of Stellenbosch, with its beautiful Cape Dutch architecture and laid-back charm. Continue to Cape Town, spectacularly set at the foot of Table Mountain, where the tour concludes on arrival. You can then either get an evening flight to Mauritius to begin your seven nights at Preskil Island Resort, or you may wish to extend your stay in Cape Town for a few nights before your onward journey.

Day 10-16
With thatched roofs and vibrant décor, the resort has managed to retain its authentic Mauritian feel. Set on a unique peninsula in southeast Mauritius. Only 10-minutes from the airport but largely undisturbed by noise. The views of Lion Mountain and the nature reserve Ile aux Aigrettes are breathtaking.
Days can be spent relaxing by the pool or on the long stretch of white sand beach, or you can keep yourself entertained with the wide array of activities on offer – water skiing, windsurfing, snorkelling, glass bottom boat, cooking classes and learning how to speak Mauritian Creole to name just a few. Kids are also well catered for with their own club offering sustainable activities, local music instruments and games.
For a sense of well-being why not pay a visit to the Banyan spa where you will find a hammam, sauna, hairdresser and a wonderful selection of relaxing treatments available.

Day 15
Today you will be transferred Mauritius Airport for your flight back home.
