For Children

• A special dinner for younger children can be served in the restaurant between 5.30 p.m.– 6.30 p.m. There will be a focus on non processed foods, using fresh produce and introducing a few local ingredients. Children under the age of 12 are allowed to dine with adults, once seated at the table without any disturbance

Rock Pool - a ’natural’ rock pool adjacent to Rock Maison, where guests can immerse themselves while enjoying chilled wine served from a stone ice bucket carved into the rock, just an arm’s length away.

Chefs series 2012 - 3 guest chefs visits between January and April 2012

The Cliff at Cap - One of St Lucias most spectacular dining locations where the chefs ensure the cuisine matches it. Offering casual breakfasts and lunches, dinner is a more of a fine dining experience with creative, contemporary cuisine.

Why not choose to dine on your private terrace, in the Spanish Caribbean inspired courtyard or even in the beautiful gardens. A butler (on request) will take care of everything and, should you wish, chefs are available for in suite private dining - An extra touch of luxury.

New lunch menu focusing on Seafood - there is no other seafood themed restaurant in St Lucia.
Lobster Lunch on Sunday’s is returning for August 2011 to end of March 2012.
A Partner and Master of Wine from Berry Brothers, London visits between 21-25 February 2012 to conduct wine seminars, food and wine paired dining.


DRESS CODE:
When dining, closed in shoes must be worn, bathing suits must be covered and men must not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. After 6.30pm men have to wear long trousers and women have to wear dresses, slacks or culottes (no shorts or short outfits).
