Overview
A true haven of tranquillity and romance, Anse Chastanet is perfect for a couple’s holiday in St Lucia. Naturally built into the hillside, the resort boasts unique accommodations, fantastic food and otherworldly views of the Pitons.
It’s the little touches that really make Anse Chastanet special – every accommodation has unique art created by a professional artist who previously stayed in that room.
Relaxation is the order of the day, whether you’re topping up your tan in a sun lounger at the beach or visiting the Kai Belte Spa for the extensive menu of treatments and massages. But there are plenty of things to do here should you feel the need for activity including tennis courts, snorkelling equipment hire, guided walks and non-motorised watersports, all included in the price.
The food here is a special treat, as the resort really goes the extra mile to ensure your culinary experience is something you member when you think of St Lucia. The resort’s main restaurant is the Treehouse where you’ll find gourmet dining with a Caribbean twist. But arguably the real treats lie in the two speciality restaurants – Aspara, serving fusion Indian dishes, and Emerald, creating incredible organic, vegetarian meals.
But the gastronomic experience doesn’t end with the restaurants. Every Tuesday evening at Emerald there is a chocolate sensory tasting session, as the resort’s master chocolatier takes you through the beauty of good chocolate.
