  • Trader Vic’s JBR – With incredible views of the Arabian Gulf, Trader Vic’s serves a range of Chinese dishes and Continental cuisine. Open from 5pm – 1am (Monday – Thursday), 5pm – 2am (Friday), 1pm – 2am (Saturday), 5pm – 1am (Sunday).
  • Villa Verona – The flavours of coastal Italy come to life in this restaurant, with a modern twist on classic Italian specialities. Open from 12:30pm – 11:30pm.
  • Wavebreaker – Beachside bar serving BBQ-grilled dishes, where guests can watch sporting events on a giant LED screen. Open from 12pm – 11pm.
  • Marbar Rooftop Tapas Bar – Vivid rooftop bar featuring incredible views of The Palm and the Arabian Gulf. Serves Spanish-inspired plates and handcrafted cocktails in a lively setting. Open from 5pm – 1am.
  • H2O Pool Bar – Swim up pool bar offering refreshing cocktails and fresh juices, alongside an al fresco lunch or dinner served at poolside tables. Open from 11am – 7pm.

Ramadan

The holy month of Ramadan is celebrated every year according to the lunar cycle, and dates will vary. During Ramadan, Muslims all over the world abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during daylight hours. As a result hotels in the UAE may have strict restrictions on alcohol, food consumption and entertainment between sunrise and sunset. At nightfall these restrictions are lifted and normal eating, drinking and entertainment policies are resumed.

Eid Al Adha celebrates the 'breaking of the fast', and starts with a 24 hour dry day followed by a three day celebration. Eid Al Adha occurs annually and dates will vary.
