Nestled amid beautiful tropical gardens of emerald palms and luscious flora, this luxury property welcomes you to a gorgeous beachfront setting with a serene ambience. There are also three charming restaurants, six ambient bars and a laidback cafe to enjoy at Victoria Beachcomber. Le Superbe is the main restaurant, serving a delightful buffet for every meal, whilst La Casa offers a delicious taste of Italy and L'Horizon celebrates fabulous seafood.

Located on the protected north-west coast of Mauritius, the resort is conveniently situated between the bustling Grand Baie and Port Louis, the Mauritian capital. The north of Mauritius is home to an abundance of beaches, each one you stumble upon being more beautiful than the last. The most popular ones amongst the locals are Trou aux Biches, Mont Choisy, Pointe aux Canonniers and Grand Baie, whilst there are plenty of lesser-visited, more serene ones too, including the private beaches of Casita and Bain Bouef, situated around Pereybere’s Public Beach.

Aside from gorgeous beaches, there are lots of ways to explore the awe-inspiring natural scenery around the area, including bike rentals, sailing trips and hiking. Grand Baie is a fantastic spot to enjoy some vibrant nightlife, restaurants, markets, botanical gardens, shops and culture, whilst there are lots of quaint, charming villages dotted around which offer an authentic insight into island life.

  • La Superbe - The hotel’s main restaurant, Le Superbe serves a wonderful selection of international cuisine, and features a beautiful location overlooking the pool and lagoon. Enjoy delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets throughout the day. Live cooking shows are the highlight of any meal at this venue, where food is cooked freshly in front of you in cooking stations. Open 7am-10am, 12pm-2.30pm and 7pm-10pm.
  • L’Horizon - A charming and ambient beach restaurant, L’Horizon offers breath-taking views over an azure horizon of sparkling Indian Ocean waters. Tuck into a selection of fresh fish and seafood specialities as the sun sinks into the sea and the sky intertwines with the warm shades of sunset. Open six days a week, 7pm-10pm. Reservations required.
  • La Casa - A romantic beachside restaurant offering stunning views of the twinkling city lights of Port Louis. This is a delightful spot to enjoy a sumptuous Italian dining experience and breath-taking vistas. Open six days a week, 12pm-2.30pm and 7pm-10pm. Reservations required.
  • Morris Beef - Nestled into a gorgeous tropical garden with mesmerising views over the Indian Ocean. You can dine with your toes tucked into the soft powdery sand as you unwind in a secluded ambience and delight in succulent steaks, delectable international cuisine and mouth-watering grills cooked to perfection. Adults staying at the main hotel can dine here upon reservation and subject to availability. Open 7am-10am, 12.30pm-3pm and 7pm-10pm. Reservations required.
  • Le Bar - The main bar, boasting amazing sunsets over the sea. Open 3.30pm-11pm. Pastries are available 4pm-5.30pm.
  • Snooker Bar - A suave spot to play a game of snooker and smoke a cigar. Open 3pm-11pm.
  • Sky-pe Bar - Offering a fantastic selection of drinks and a la carte snacks. Open 7.30am-5pm.
