This charming boutique hotel lines the banks of the Saigon River and is home to just 19 well-appointed suites and villas. With its peaceful surroundings, it is the perfect hotel for guests looking to explore the city at their own pace or unwind before embarking on one of our luxury Mekong River cruises. Those wishing to head into the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, can do so easily as the resort provides complimentary boat transfers three times a day. This journey takes around 20-minutes and is a great way to get a feel for life on the river.

Within the resort, the wonderful "Tram's Cookery" restaurant offers you the chance to sample the freshest ingredients whilst enjoying a gastronomic tour of Vietnam. Dining is al fresco by the river and the ambience of the restaurant is elegant yet relaxed.

An Lam's Spa is also well renowned, and is set amongst lush tropical landscaping. Treatments are designed to soothe aching muscles, clear the mind and rejuvinate the spirit. We'd recommend the Organic Brown Sugar body treatment scrub as it leaves your skin feeling silky soft!

Directly on Saigon River, this boutique hotel is just 20-minutes boat journey from the heart of Ho Chi Minh (Saigon). Its enviable location allows you to explore the cities many museums and markets, before retiring to the peaceful surroundings of this truly Vietnamese retreat.

There are a total of 19 suites and villas, including:

  • An Lam Suites - 50 to 70sqm, these suites are set amidst garden greenery and offer views over the resort's pool.
  • Pool Suites - 75 to 130sqm, set among the fruit trees, these suites allow you to enjoy breakfast on the sun deck or relax in your personal plunge pool.
  • Family Suites - 80-130sqm, with vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, these family suites feel both spacious and welcoming.
  • Garden Villa - 260sqm, these large villas come with a private plunge pool as well as an outdoor rain shower. Set away from the common areas, these two-storey villas are ideal for those seeking a secluded hideaway.
  • Riverfront Pool Villa - 150sqm, tucked away beside the river's edge, the sun decks on these villas are perfect for watching the sunset whilst enjoying drinks or dinner. Like the Garden Villa, they come with a private plunge pool and an outdoor rain shower.
  • Riverfront Pool Villa 2 Bedrooms - 300sqm, nestled near the enchanted gardens, these incredible villa lets you enjoy short walks around the quieter corners of the hotel. It comes with panoramic views of Saigon River as well as a plunge pool and outdoor soaker tub.

Tram's Cookery is An Lam's main restaurant and it's famous for it's use of fresh ingredients and it's al fresco setting along the riverbank. Chefs here take traditional Vietnamese recipes and reinvent them to feature a contemporary twist. Within Tram's, there is also an excellent wine cellar offering vintages from all over the globe.

In addition to Tram's, there is a Chillout Lounge and Champagne Bar for guests to enjoy before or after dinner. Poolside snacks and drinks are also served during the day.

An Lam Retreats Saigon River provide a complimentary scheduled boat service to Ho Chi Minh city centre. This service operates 3 return trips per day and will take you from the resort's private pier to Cau Mong Pier.

Cau Mong Pier is located next to Cau Mong Bridge, a 19th century bridge built by French civil engineer and architect Gustave Eiffel.

From here, the majority of the cities attractions are within a 15-minute walk. This includes Nguyen Hue Walking Boulevard, the Opera House, the City Hall and Ben Thanh Market.
