Eating, drinking and enjoying the nightlife in Bermuda

Eating

Your hotel or resort will have an onsite restaurant, but unless you’ve specifically chosen to go all-inclusive you’ll probably spend some time looking around the island to find places to dine. It’s worth noting that, if you can, you should avoid the areas near where the cruise ships dock as restaurants here often charge more than double the prices of options elsewhere on the island. Unsurprisingly, seafood is a big part of the cuisine in Bermuda with salted codfish being one of the favourites.

Drinking and Nightlife

Bermudans have a taste for rum and love to include it in their cocktails. In fact, Bermuda is the home of the Dark ‘n Stormy – a mix of Gosling’s Rum and ginger beer. Hamilton and St. George are the main centres of nightlife in the country, with bars and nightclubs.
