Standard rooms have bath-with-shower and toilet. Superior rooms have separate bath, stand-up rain shower cubicle, separate toilet and a larger vanity. All rooms have their own private patio or balcony complete with easy chair, Ottoman and day bed. All rooms are provided with fully stocked mini bars, luggage racks, tea and coffee making facilities and LCD flat-screen TVs. Satellite television provides international news, sports and entertainment, as well as kids’ channels.

• Just as the hotel unveils its contemporary pleasures, food and beverage opportunities at Sugar Beach are a constant delight for its guests. The wide variety of restaurants and bars are an invitation to the discovery of world cuisine and tantalising sensations.
• The main poolside restaurant, Mon Plaisir, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, has a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, attentive service and a choice of table d’hôte dinners or speciality themed buffets. There is live cooking at totally remodelled open stations and in the evenings diners can eat while watching the entertainment by the pool and at the Mon Plaisir Courtyard.
• Located at the entrance to Mon Plaisir, the Mon Plaisir Bar is inspired by typical French pavement cafés. It is the ideal meeting place for a quiet drink or pre-dinner aperitif before dining at Mon Plaisir. After dinner, the guest can enjoy a wide selection of old rums, malt whiskies and single barrel bourbons or try a cigar. Excellent wine is also available in magnificent wine chests towering above the bar.
• Tides Restaurant is one of the most spectacular restaurants of Sugar Beach and is located at the beach front and offers World Sea Cuisine. The centrepiece is an elaborate crustacean and seafood counter that appears to float on illuminated ice. Here, guests compose their own seafood platter from fresh shellfish, mussels, oysters and a variety of handmade Sushi and Sashimi.
• Tides Restaurant and Bar is a unique contemporary venue for exciting and creative urban-tropical chic cocktails and upscale from the sea culinary delightful creations which awaken one’s senses. Tides Bar also offers pool side refreshments as well as a comprehensive list of international beverages specialising in local island cocktails made with the finest plantation rum produced on the island. Tides Bar is also the place for traditional five-o’clock tea, with its cakes, pancakes and selection of fine teas. As darkness descends, the fire pit is lit and the mood changes to a sophisticated night spot with live music and entertainment including local folklore, jazz and dancing to the resident DJ.
• Citronella’s, the intimate ocean side Italian market-place restaurant, offers light meals, baked wood-fired Pizza and salads at lunch time. At dinner, the restaurant lights up in a romantic atmosphere to offer regional authentic Italian cuisine.
• Located at the tennis courts, the Sports Bar offers refreshments for tennis players and sports enthusiasts. The place is set alive in the evening thanks to the broadcasting of international sport events on a large flat screen TV. Just the place to be for aficionados of sports and music as a DJ can light up the light till late in the evening.
