Why choose a villa holiday?
Our villas have been hand-picked with you in mind, all with their own private pool, apart from a couple of exceptions where the villa is in such an amazing location on a beach that a pool is unnecessary. All of our villas have a spacious and comfortable living area mostly with cable TV and Wi-Fi, with a dining area out on the terrace so you can enjoy leisurely meals al fresco. We choose villas with a high proportion of bathrooms to bedrooms, usually all bedrooms have an en-suite, allowing all of your party a degree of privacy and comfort.
Our villas all come with fully-equipped kitchens, a housekeeping service and an optional cook service – so you have the flexibility to rustle up some family favourites but you don’t have to do all of the work yourself. You can choose to just use the kitchen for a ready supply of cold drinks, and when you’re hungry you can slap some food on the BBQ or stroll out to sample the local restaurants. Our villas in St Lucia actually include a cook service in the price – this means that six days a week your housekeeper will cook breakfast and lunch to order, and prepare your evening meal in advance for you to enjoy in your own time that evening – they are all good home cooks and will be happy to prepare local specialities or simple family fare. In Tobago you will have a dedicated housekeeper for the duration of your holiday, and if you would like her to cook lunch or dinner for you on any day, she will be delighted to do this for a small extra charge. In Antigua, Barbados and Jamaica – the cook service is on request in most villas, although some of the super luxurious villas do come with a cook included (and in some cases also a butler!)
Hiring a car is all part of the fun of a villa holiday, giving you the flexibility and freedom to visit different beaches, sample a variety of restaurants, explore the island or just pop to the shop to stock up on drinks for the fridge and a few local specialities or home comforts. The best thing about a villa holiday is being able to enjoy your holiday at your pace, doing as much or as little as you’d like.
We have selected villas on our favourite Caribbean islands – with a lovely collection in friendly and laid-back Tobago. In St Lucia we have a super selection of villas all which enjoy spectacular views of the Caribbean. And in Barbados, Antigua and Jamaica our villas range from airy beachfront houses to lovely luxurious villas – each with their own special quirks and comforts.
Please note that the pools at our featured villas are not be fenced off or gated, therefore you must be very cautious with young children and non-swimmers.
