The Pangkor Laut; Luxury Holidays in Malaysia with Tropical Sky

Pangkor Laut Hotel, Pangkor

7nts Bed and Breakfast from €1,619

Pangkor Laut is a privately owned 300-acre island, three miles off Malaysia’s west coast in the Straits of Malacca and only accessible to hotel guests. Only a small part has been developed to house the resort, with the rest covered by ancient and unspoilt tropical rainforest. Accommodation is in 148 luxury Malaysian-style villas and eight estates in a secluded cove, all blending in with the natural environment. A spa village occupies an entire bay of the island and there is a fantastic array of eating and drinking venues catering to every taste, with restaurants on stilts above the ocean, on rocky outcrops and tucked away in the rainforest.
