Architect owner Nick Troubetzkoy believes passionately in nature. So he created a hotel that makes the foliage and the flowers, the perfumes and the peaks, the sea and the bird song an integral part of your holiday experience. The estate encompasses 600 lush tropical acres bordering two soft sand beaches. Not only do you get a World Heritage Site anchored by the twin peaks on land, the resort’s two crystal-clear bays are part of a designated marine reserve protecting miles of colorful coral reefs teeming with tropical fish.

With such a unique setting as his canvas, Nick Troubetzkoy was inspired to design a one-of-a-kind resort. A dozen rooms are tucked in behind the coconut palms that line the beach and the remainder tiptoe up a flower decked hillside. To make the most of the panoramic views and the refreshing tradewinds octagonal whitewashed cottages come with wraparound flower draped balconies and louvered windows.

Rooms & Accommodation

49 individually designed rooms, 37 of which are scattered about a lush hillside, and 12 which are nestled within a tropical garden at beach level.

Standard & Superior Hillside
Superior rooms are located on the hillside and are octagonal or rectangular in shape, with 2 twin beds or one king size bed, with ocean and/or Piton view. Standard rooms are slightly smaller than Superior rooms with twin, queen or king size bedding, with garden or partial ocean view.
Deluxe Beachside
Beachside Deluxe rooms are very spacious rooms with either 2 doubles or 1 king size bed, ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and toilet. All beachside rooms offer a tropical garden view and are just a few feet away from the water’s edge.
Hillside Deluxe
Hillside Deluxe rooms are extremely spacious and individually designed, some in a very open-air style with the fourth wall missing and some with dramatic open roof dormers. Some rooms have a formal separation between bedroom and living room, others are wide open spaces flowing into each other.
Premium Hillside
Premium rooms are ANSE CHASTANET’s rooms numbered 7, which offer picture postcard perfect views of the Piton mountains and the surrounding sea by virtue of their very elevated and strategic location.

Dining at Anse Chastanet

Anse Chastanet offers the following restaurants:

Treehouse - Dine in one of two open air treehouses overlooking lush tropical foliage and the Caribbean Sea. Celebrating award winning Tropical World Cuisine, a blend of Caribbean with other tropical world cuisine experiences. Breakfast is served here daily and dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.
Emeralds - Emerald’s dinner menu which is entirely vegetarian, showcasing the organic produce grown on our resort farm Emerald Estate in the Soufriere hills. Dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.
Trou Au Diable - The Trou au Diable Restaurant is located right on the Anse Chastanet beach. The lunch menu offers a wide and varied choice of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean and Creole specialities. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served daily.
Apsara - The Trou au Diable restaurant offers a special Indian theme menu titled APSARA on all evenings except Tuesday.

More options include: Piti Piton, Trou Au Diable Beach Grill and Jungle Grill.

DRESS CODE:
When dining, closed in shoes must be worn, bathing suits must be covered and men must not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. After 6.30pm men have to wear long trousers and women have to wear dresses, slacks or culottes (no shorts or short outfits).
