Set amid lush tropical gardens, Grand Mirage Resort and Thalasso is on the golden sands of Tanjung Benoa, one of Bali’s best beaches and home to some of the island’s most extensive watersports facilities. This all-inclusive property combines traditional Balinese architecture with modern amenities in its 310 guestrooms and suites, and has award-winning service and a wide range of dining options.
I have been to bali four times and each time I have stayed at the Grand Mirage and this is why.
The Grand Mirage is a beauiful resort with breathtaking views and gorgeous staff which you cant help but build a lasting friendship with.
I would recommend the Grand Mirage to anyone. I am 21 years old and i have stayed here with friends, family and with my partner and each was blown away by the hospitallity, the generosity and the kindness of the entire staffing crew.
The resort has something for everyone, great live music at the Pamorama Lounge Bar, divine buffet style breakies, scrumptious club sandwiches beach and pool side at Jakung Grill, free shuttles to Kuta, five star spas, watersports a plenty and luxury rooms are just the tip of the iceberg!!!
Do yourself a favour stay at Grand Mirage, you wont regret it!!!!![]()

I stayed at the Grand Mirage with my wife during the first week in March – this was our second holiday to Bali but our first at this hotel. Our first trip had been for our honeymoon 3 years ago so this was a bit of a trip down memory lane for us. We were taking a bit of a gamble staying at Grand Mirage though – for our honeymoon we’d been at Melia Benoa on their All Inclusive deal but after reading reviews about this hotel and seeing the great prices on All Inclusive, we thought we’d give it a go. We were both pleasantly surprised – we had a great time and definitely made the right choice with Grand Mirage.
It’s not the most modern hotel in Bali or what I’d call traditional Balinese but the beach is one of the best that we have seen on the island and the all inclusive package really blinding! Amazing value compared to other hotels that we have been to. You get all of your drinks free (try one of the coconut cocktails from the pool bar, they’re great!) and we really enjoyed the food – there’s a choice of 3 restaurants and you’re not limited to buffet meals like at some other all inclusive properties, it’s a la carte and the menus are really varied and offer Asian as well as Italian and amazing seafood and steaks. Really tasty! If you want to go off during the day, the hotel also offers picnics which are included so you’re not tied to the hotel all of the time.
The hotel is great for water sports, there’s loads of activities on offer and according to my wife, the spa was one of the best she’s seen (I had a peek and it did look cool but spas are not my thing!).
We’ve never really been into hotel entertainment but Grand Mirage gets it just right - there was always a singer or pianist in the main bar each evening so never too loud to hear one another speak and then on 3 nights each week they put on a really cool show on their stage. Everything is themed and really professional.
We’d definitely recommend Grand Mirage and are already looking at dates for next year! ![]()
