Arrive in Bogota
Hola! Welcome to Colombia. Upon arrival you’ll be met at the airport for your transfer to the hotel. Check in and spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 2
Bogota
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Your adventure begins with a welcome meeting at 1:00 pm in the lobby where you'll meet your tour leader and fellow travelers. This afternoon you’ll discover the vivid capital of Colombia and learn more about its eventful past through the most important sites of Bogota. Admire the historic city centre for a fascinating look at Colombia´s past. Pass through Bolivar Square and Narino´s House the current seat of the government. Walk to Comuneros House, Santa Clara´s Church Museum and other buildings of historical interest. In the Gold museum get immersed into the culture with over 34.000 pieces from different pre-Hispanic cultures of Colombia and visit the Quinta de Bolivar House Museum, where the famous liberator Simon Bolivar lived. The tour ends, ascending to the hill of Monserrate to get and incredible view of the city.
Day 3
Bogota
After breakfast, enjoy a drive to the municipality of Zipaquira, visiting the Salt Cathedral, a unique sanctuary in the world that is considered the first wonder of Colombia. This architectonic jewel was built as a catholic chapel inside a salt mine at 180 meters underground, now the enclosure is a great Cathedral. You´ll discover that everything is made of salt: The 14 stations of the Via Crucis, the dome, the great sculptures along the path and an optical illusion of a cross. Return to Bogota and enjoy your afternoon at your leisure.
This evening you can take an optional dinner at Andres DC Restaurant.
Day 4
Bogota – Armenia
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to El Dorado airport to take your flight to Armenia. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel Hacienda Combia. This afternoon, at 14:00 hours you can join an interactive Coffee tour in the hotels farm. The trip will take you to different stations to have experiences around the coffee culture, including coffee tasting, a basket workshop, 5 senses experiences, coffee process and a cup of coffee activity.

Day 5
Armenia and the Coffee Region
Pack your sense of adventure this morning as you are off to visit the Cocora Valley, a natural reserve where you´ll contemplate the biodiversity of the flora and fauna of its fog forest through an ecological path. Get ready to see the tallest wax palm in the world and enjoy the planting ritual while you connect your spirit with the earth. Then, taste the local food enjoying an included typical lunch. Finally, transfer to the typical village of Salento to have a walking tour visiting its colonial streets, craft workshops and the viewpoint.
Day 6
Armenia – Pereira – Medellin
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Pereira airport to take your flight to Medellin. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to the hotel in the city of the eternal spring Medellin.

Day 7
Medellin City tour
After breakfast at the hotel, discover Medellin, known as the “City of the eternal Spring” due to its pleasant weather; Medellin is a place of innovation and the second most important city of Colombia. Today, visit the “Comuna 13” a popular neighborhood that went from being an epicenter of violence to a place of constant change and social transformation where art through graffiti and the strength of its working people have turned it into a symbol of overcoming and hope. Become a local, while you have a short Metro ride and you get on the Metrocable to see a beautiful view of the city. Taste the gastronomy with a lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon, enjoy panoramic views of some of the most interesting places such as Nutibara Hill with the “Pueblito Paisa”, The Botanical Garden, Explora Park, “De los Deseos “Square”, Route N center of innovation and Technology. Lastly, wander the Botero´s Square to see the 23 bronze sculptures of the famous Colombian artist Fernando Botero and enjoy his paints in the Antioquia´s Museum.
Day 8
Medellin to Guatape
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today we leave the city of Medellin behind to go to the west of the region. Get friendly with the zone while you see some villages such as Marinilla with its colonial houses and religious tradition or the New Peñol, which replaced the old Peñol when it was flooded to create the water dam. Then, you´ll visit the dam to have a wonderful view of it and to see the Peñols Stone, a rock of 220 meters high. Finally, enjoy a typical lunch in the colorful municipality of Guatape before transferring to Medellin.
Day 9
Medellin to Cartagena
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Jose Maria Cordoba airport in time for your flight from Medellin to Cartagena. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel in Cartagena and spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 10
Cartagena city tour
After breakfast at the hotel, let yourself be captured by the history and charm of Cartagena. Pass from the modern area of Bocagrande and the traditional neighborhood of Manga with its old Houses to the old City. Visit the San Felipe´s Castle a fortress used by Spanish in their battles against the England army in the XVII century. Walk through the magical streets of the walled city while you learn more about its past and learn about some places of historical interest such as San Pedro´s Church. At the end, visit the Emerald museum.
Day 11
Cartagena
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before spending a day at leisure to discover more secrets from the Heroic City. You can take an optional tour to Rosario´s Island to enjoy the beach and go snorkeling, swimming or diving (additional charge).
Day 12
Cartagena
This is the end of an incredible trip – take your transfer to the airport in time for your return flight.
