Day 2-3

Journey down the Costa Verde to the colonial town of Paraty, spending the afternoon exploring the streets, shops and cafes. On day three, you’re free to do as you please, whether that’s island-hopping from beach to beach in the Ihla Grande Bay and gaining an underwater snorkelling or diving experience, swimming, kayaking, horseback riding or visiting a typical fazenda for a sampling of local cachaça (the famous ingredient for the Brazilians Caipirinha). It might be a quiet town but they are not short of activities!

(Two breakfasts included)

In the morning take a flight to the Iguassu Falls (saving time on the long journey) for two full days of exploring the astounding falls from both Argentinian and Brazilian sides. You’ll have the opportunity to visit the bird park with its abundance of colourful wildlife, or hop on a helicopter ride for a birds-eye view of the cascading waterfalls.

Day 6 you will cross over to the Argentinian side for more spectacular views. You will explore the area’s walking trails, with the option to enjoy a fantastic boat tour to see the falls up close – be prepared for some spectacular views and make sure you take a waterproof with you! Some of the trails will take you over the falls of Devil’s Throat, the highest and deepest of the falls, whilst others will meander through the forest on the Argentine side.

On day seven, you’ll be travelling by bus to Bonito to spend some time in this adventure packed place.
