Sri Lanka's Leopard Safaris

All Inclusive 2 nights from €559 per person

Overview

Spot incredible wildlife and be at one with nature with the award-winning Leopard Safaris. Deep within the diverse landscapes of Sri Lanka, you will find the campsite nestled alongside the impressive Yala National Park. Renowned for its population of leopards, as well as an abundance of other animals and flora, whichever campsite you choose will grace you with unforgettable sights.

We love that the camps are eco-friendly. With non-permanent tents, al fresco dining and no artificial lighting, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped deep into the wilderness. Keeping track and protecting the wildlife in both National Parks, they use their company to conserve the natural habitats for these fantastic animals.

The camp offers South African style tents with king size beds and spacious seating areas, and there are plenty of optional activities to keep you entertained in between your two daily game drives, including photography lessons, cooking classes and wildlife walks. This safari company established by Noel Rodrigo is perfect for a unique family holiday, with excellent family tents and a whole range of fun activities for young travellers. Afterwards, tuck in to authentic Sri Lankan cuisine al fresco whilst gazing at the stars above.

A typycal one night / two day stay will look as follows:

Day 1

You’ll arrive at the campsite at 2pm, where you’ll be able to enjoy an al fresco lunch and be provided with a short briefing and introduction to your stay. Afterwards, you’ll have a short while to rest and relax before your evening game drive at 3.00pm, taking you through the beautiful terrain in search for wildlife. Once back at the campsite, you’ll have until 07.30pm to refresh and have a drink before tucking into the Jungle Menu under the stars.

Day 2

(Optional: Additional Game Drive - Your wake-up call will be at 5am, ready for a morning game drive at 5.30am, followed by a picnic breakfast in the jungle and before returning to camp by 10.00am.) Alternatively, wake up at your leisure and enjoy a delicious breakfast before departing the camp at 10.30am, or extend your stay to enjoy all the activities the camp has to offer.
