Pavilion types are as follows:

  • Deluxe Pavilions – dark polished wood furnishings throughout with one king-size bed, plenty of space and tropical garden setting.
  • Terrace Pavilions – larger than Deluxe Pavilions with large outdoor terrace area for lounging and dining.
  • Spa Pavilions – same size as Terrace Pavilions with outdoor Jacuzzi surrounded by decking area with shower, sun loungers and gazebo.
  • Hydro Pool Pavilions – same size as Spa Pavilions with a freshwater hydro pool set within the outdoor terrace area.
  • Family Pavilions – larger than Hydro Pool Pavilions with second en-suite bedroom with two queen-size beds as well as outdoor terrace area. 
  • Family Pavilions with Hydro Pool – larger than Family Pavilions with a hydro pool featured within the outdoor terrace area.
  • Raitalay Villa – double the size of Hydro Pool Pavilions with one en-suite king-size bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds, living and dining room, fully-equipped kitchenette and a hydro pool on the outdoor terrace.
  • Rayavadee Villa – double the size of Family Pavilion with Hydro Pool accommodation with two large adjoining en-suite bedrooms (king-size and twin), lounge area, fully-equipped kitchenette, free-form swimming pool with accompanying outdoor dining area and built in Jacuzzi as well as a private sauna.
  • The Phranang Villas – the same size as the Rayvadee Villa with three en-suite bedrooms, dining area, living room and kitchenette as well as a private outdoor swimming pool.

The food at Rayavadee is incredible, varied and traditional – the staff will describe the dishes to you too, providing an authentic culinary experience.

  • Raya Dining – International cuisine with a grill menu, locally-sourced seafood and delicious local favourites; open 7am-11pm.
  • Krua Phranang – Situated on Phranang Beach with a romantic ambience, this restaurant serves classic Thai dishes; open 6pm-11pm
  • Raitalay Terrace – A casual restaurant with light dishes inspired by Asian cuisines, overlooking the pool and Railay Beach; open 11am-11pm
  • The Grotto – Set under an ancient limestone cliff on Phranang Beach, The Grotto serves refreshing drinks and hosts a special seafood BBQ dinners several times a week. We love the charming boat ride to this venue, where you’ll walk barefoot the remainder of the way through the shallow waters – a wonderful experience; open 12pm-8pm.

 

  • Rayavadee Spa offers a full range of essential Thai treatments and therapies, including: facials, wraps, scrubs and massages.
  • Large outdoor swimming pool.

Enhanced Breakfast Experience:

Renovations 2026
Please note that Rayavadee will be undertaking several improvement projects throughout 2026. Details are outlined below for your reference.

1. New Swimming Pool – Nam Mao Lawn Area
Project Period: 20 April – 20 July 2026
Working Hours: Daily, 0830 – 1700
During certain phases of construction, guests may experience minor noise. All works will be strictly confined to the Nam Mao Lawn area and fully screened with bamboo fencing. To minimise any disturbance, guest rooms will be allocated away from the work zone whenever possible.

2. Tennis Court – Artificial Grass Installation
Project Period: 1 August – 31 October 2026
Working Hours: Daily, 0830 – 1700
During this period, the tennis courts will be temporarily unavailable. All works will be strictly limited to the court area, and no other resort facilities will be affected.

3. Main Swimming Pool & Railay Zone Enhancements
Project Period: 10 August – 30 September 2026
Working Hours: Daily, 0830 – 1700
The Main Swimming Pool and Railay Terrace Restaurant will be temporarily closed for scheduled improvements. Guests are invited to enjoy the newly completed swimming pool located at the Nam Mao Lawn.

All other dining venues will remain fully operational, including:
    Raya Dining: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
    The Grotto: Lunch & Dinner
    Krua Phranang: Lunch & Dinner
