In the evening, enjoy a Taste of Cacao cuisine hosted dinner with the COO of Hotel Chocolat, enjoying a dining experience that showcases the versatility of cacao, paired with insights and stories that bring the estate’s passion and craft to life.

Visit the Tet Paul Nature Trail, strolling along gentle paths surrounded by tropical plants. 
Pause to take in breathtaking views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea, feeling the warm breeze and soaking up the island’s beauty at every turn. You’ll also explore the Botanical Gardens, wandering among vibrant flowers and fragrant plants.

Spend the day at your own pace, enjoying the serene surroundings of Rabot by Hotel Chocolat. This luxurious hotel offers a fantastic infinity pool and wellness spa to relax and unwind.

Depart Rabot and head north to one of St Lucia’s finest luxury resorts – Cap Maison, enjoying a private tour along the way. Visit St Lucia Distillers for an insight into the island’s rum-making process. Continue to Castries to see the childhood home of sprint star Julien Alfred. Explore the Daren Sammy National Cricket Ground on a tour, a celebrated venue honouring one of St Lucia’s sporting legends.

Arrive at your cliffside retreat at Cap Maison, where sweeping ocean views and elegant accommodations await. Enjoy cocktails on Rock Maison, a unique private deck set dramatically above the ocean, where drinks arrive in style via zipline. In the evening, we recommend experiencing the vibrant energy of the island at the Gros Islet Friday Night Street Party. Dance to steel drums, enjoy delicious food and join a lively celebration under the Caribbean stars.

Enjoy lunch at The Naked Fisherman, a rustic-chic spot on the water, where fresh seafood and Caribbean flavours create an unforgettable dining experience. Later, return to the resort for Cap Maison's Solera Rum Tasting, a rich journey through the island's rum-making heritage. Sample carefully aged blends while learning about the traditions that shaped them.
