Heaven is the adult-only* section of the luxurious Hard Rock Riviera Maya hotel – there’s an exclusivity and elegant befitting a rock-star holiday. Ideal for couples, singles and groups of adults looking for an amazing time, the Heaven section includes a range of exclusive restaurants, lavish accommodations and indulgent spa facilities. This child-free environment gives you the space to relax and enjoy that holiday you deserve.

*Please do note that some areas of the resort are open to guests staying at Hacienda and therefore accept children in those public areas, but the region designated as "Heaven Eden" is fully adults only at all times.

A mandatory Tourist Usage Fee of MXN284.00 (approximately USD20.00) per person, must be paid by all travellers visiting the state of Quintana Roo (which primarily covers the beach resorts from Holbox and Cancun in the north, all the Riviera Maya region through Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, and down to Chetumal in the south). Payment can be made either prior to travel, during your stay, or at the airport on your return.

An Environmental Tax is also payable:

  • Cancun area hotels- $85 Mexican Pesos, approx USD$5 per room per night
  • Riviera Maya, Puerto Moreles and Playa Del Carmen - $80 Mexican Pesos, approx USD$4 per room per night.

Taking place from 21st July to 17th August, Summer Like Heaven is a celebration that will completely take over  the adults-only Heaven section of the hotel, featuring special activities, a private beach club, access to the best restaurants, exclusive events, spa discounts, mixologists and guest chefs every week, all part of the all-inclusive experience.

During this event, guests who have booked to stay in the Heaven section of the resort will have the opportunity to indulge in exclusive activities ranging from private parties and entertainment to special spa rates and fitness classes. Summer Like Heaven will host a myriad of guest chefs and mixologists each week to add their expertise at the Heaven section's restaurant and bar menus bringing a fresh spin to the gastronomic experience within the all-inclusive offerings.

Family stays at Heaven at Hard Rock
Families are permitted to access some of the restaurants, pool and facilities in the area of Heaven that are closest to the Hacienda resort area.  The area beyond the The Dock at Heaven and Heaven Terrace, which includes all Heaven rooms, pools and adult-only restaurants as listed, and Starlight Beach, are referred to as Eden at Heaven and are restricted to those aged 18 years or older

Maintenance Work:

Building number 1 at Heaven at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya is undergoing maintenance work between 10th August and 13th November 2026.
