All restaurants require the following dress code:

Ladies: capri pants, dress, skirt, long pants, shoes or dress sandals.

Gentlemen: Bermuda shorts, long pants, shirt, dress sandals or formal shoes.

  • Cocotal – Extensive buffet breakfast, offering a range of Mexican and international dishes. Open for breakfast from 6:30am – 12pm.
  • La Isla – By morning, this restaurant offers an international buffet, and in the afternoon it offers delicious, traditional Mexican seafood dishes. Open for breakfast from 7am – 11am and lunch from 12pm – 4pm.
  • Santa Fe Baja Med – Serves Mediterranean cuisine alongside stunning views of the Caribbean sea. Open for breakfast from 6:30 am – 11:30am.
  • Rincon Mexicano – Enjoy beautiful views of the lush tropical gardens surrounding the hotel whilst dining on an international a la carte breakfast or an exquisite Mexican menu at dinner. Open for breakfast from 7am – 12pm and dinner from 6pm – 10pm.
  • D’Italia Villas – Serving authentic Italian cuisine in a refined atmosphere. Open for dinner from 6pm – 10pm.
  • D’Italia Casitas – Elegant Italian restaurant celebrating the region’s culinary traditions alongside stunning sea views. Open for dinner from 6pm – 10pm.
  • Fuentes – Culinary theatre where entertainment and gastronomy come together. Additional cost required. One daily sitting with a welcome cocktail at 7pm followed by dinner and show at 7:30pm.
  • Kampai – Indulge in Asian delicacies in every bite in this exceptional restaurant. Open for lunch from 12pm – 5pm and for dinner from 5pm – 10pm

  • La Cabaña Pizzería – Authentic wood-fired pizzas and more, located by the main pool. Open for lunch from 11am – 4pm and dinner from 4pm – 10pm.

  • Martinis – Situated in the El Dorado Royale lobby, this bar offers a range of martinis alongside international drinks. Open from 10am – 1am.
  • Guacamayas – The nightlife hotspot of the resort with live music, dancing and a festive atmosphere. Open from 5pm – 1am.
  • Spot Swim-Up Bar – With a premium service of drinks and breakfast, this is ideal for enjoying a day by the pool in the sunshine. Open from 9am – 5pm.
  • Kick Bar – This beachfront bar serves a range of fantastic grilled food, a range of drinks and cocktails and stunning ocean views. Open from 9am – 5pm.
  • Jojo’s Bar – Beachside open-air bar offering thoughtfully crafted cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere. Open from 10am – 6pm.
  • La Isla Swim-Up Bar – Enjoy drinks without leaving the pool. Located on the main pool of the hotel, with music and cocktails. Open from 9am – 5pm.
