Overview

The only accommodation on the blissful Cooper Island, this gorgeous eco-resort is set upon the beachfront, adorned by lush, manicured gardens and tropical flora; Overlooking an azure, glistening lagoon, Cooper Island Beach Club offers an idyllic escape for couples and honeymooners.

Each of the eight spacious, rustic-chic rooms are hidden into the beautiful gardens, showcasing spectacular views across the Sir Francis Drake Channel from a private, furnished balcony. All rooms are appointed with a luxurious, en-suite bathroom, four-poster canopy bed and a plush seating area.

The acclaimed beachside restaurant serves a wonderful selection of cuisine for lunch and dinner in a laid-back setting, and the adjoining lounge overlooks spectacular sunset views to enjoy with a refreshing cocktail. We love the on-site rum bar and microbrewery, offering the chance to try local specialities; meanwhile, the lovely coffee shop serves organic drinks, smoothies and gourmet pastries.

Located in the British Virgin Islands stunning Cooper Island, this resort is only accessible via boat transfer from Tortola Island.

  • From Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport on Beef Island, it’s a 20-minute transfer to Cooper Island Dock, where you will catch the ferry over to Cooper Island.

Rooms

Each of the eight beachfront cottages are nestled amongst luscious palms and tropical blossoms for a wonderful sense of privacy and peace, whilst enjoying breath-taking views across the Sir Francis Drake Channel and neighbouring islands. Appointed with chic, stylish décor, the rooms are open-plan, bright and airy, with recycled teak furnishings and luxury added touches. The accommodation is duplex in design, with a connecting door on the balcony that can be opened to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite.

Main Restaurant

Set beside the beach, the hotel’s signature restaurant serves delectable, locally-inspired cuisine for lunch and dinner. The chefs are also perfectly happy to accommodate to any special dietary requirements.

Unwind on a comfortable outdoor sofa on the beautiful lounge deck, enjoying the blissful sunshine with a sublime beachfront setting. This is a wonderful spot to watch beautiful Caribbean sunsets too, with your toes in the warm sand and a sundowner cocktail. Happy hour from 4 to 6pm.

Coffee Box

This ambient coffee shop offers a full selection of organic espressos and healthy smoothies, served alongside Italian gelato, home-baked pastries and fresh salads. The thatched-gallery roof provides shaded seating, power outlets and free Wi-Fi, whilst the multi-level layout also showcases elevated views across the Sir Francis Drake Channel.

Rum Bar

This laid-back bar features a wonderful selection of over 280 rums from around the world, including rare aged rums, unique house-infusions and classic cocktails, there is something for every taste and budget.

Brewery

At the hotel’s eco-friendly microbrewery, you can enjoy a taste of their very own homemade beer, with $1 from every IPA sold donated to the BVI Sea Turtle Conservation.
