Day 1
Arrive in Cape Town and collect your hire car. Your hotel, an ideal base for exploring the city, is found on the lower slopes of Signal Hill. This area is just a short walk from the V&A Waterfront and moments from the beautiful beaches of Cape Town.

Today you’ll spend time exploring Cape Town and spending time taking in the sights.

Day 3
Today is your last full day in Cape Town, giving you a chance to spend some more time at the beaches and exploring the attractions.

Day 4
This morning you will leave Cape Town and journey on to Hermanus. This area of South Africa is famous for amazing whale watching opportunities and a host of other exciting activities, such as cycling, hiking, shopping, wine routes, beaches and amazing dining. Situated in the suburb of Hermanus is a charming guesthouse, Les Baleines, which is found between the ocean and the majestic mountains.

Day 5
Spend another day exploring Hermanus, from the art galleries to paragliding across the landscape.

After breakfast, you will continue East on, either stopping in Klein Karoo or Oudtshoorn. Please note that this itinerary can be tailor made to suit your preference.

Continue on your journey towards Plettenberg Bay, known for its beautiful beaches and forests. Enjoy whale watching, hiking, and exploring local shops and cafes, blending adventure with relaxation.

Day 9
Today sees you spend a full day to embrace the natural wonders here from the lakes and rivers to stunning coastlines and native forests, you can cruise the lagoon on a ferry, explore the forest by foot, mountain bike or non-motorised scooter or take a 2 hours’ drive to visit the cool Cango Caves in Outdshoorn before trying out one of the local restaurants.

Day 10
After breakfast, you’ll travel towards the Eastern Cape for a safari which serves as the final leg of this tour where you can enjoy morning and evening game drives.
