• Waters Edge - Italy meets Barbados at the cozy Water’s Edge, where Chef John Hazzard’s carefully designed menu brings a subtle twist to home-made Italian favourites. With both a la carte and family-style dining, Water’s Edge is comfort food at its best. The selection is sure to tempt and please both the young and more mature palette. Available for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Water’s Edge will be closed 01-30 September 2011
• Pool Bar - No need to dry off, just swim right up to the Pool Bar and enjoy refreshing tropical cocktails! Happy hour daily from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Opening hours: 10:00 am – 10:45 pm.
• Water’s Edge Bar & Lounge - A cozy bar & lounge ideal for pre-dinner drinks or after dinner cocktails. Opening hours: 5:00 pm until restaurant close.

DRESS CODE:
When dining, closed in shoes must be worn, bathing suits must be covered and men must not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. After 6.30pm men have to wear long trousers and women have to wear dresses, slacks or culottes (no shorts or short outfits).
