Overview

On the beachfront in Kato Paphos, popular Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel has been extensively renovated, offering stylishly new surroundings and is ideal for couples as well as families.

One of the most impressive aspects of this resort hotel is the gorgeous freeform pool landscape with plenty of space for lounging and a pool bar for refreshing drinks and lunchtime dining.

With its fabulous choice of six restaurants dining is a pleasure here; from buffet to a la carte restaurants serving tasty local, international and Mediterranean cuisine.

Palm lined gardens lead down to the beach and if you are looking for an activity filled break there’s a tennis court, mini golf, table tennis and a daytime activities programme. Dancing is also a popular pastime at the hotel and dance leaders are resident from November to April to offer complimentary lessons and classes. Evenings can be spent at the cocktail bar with its live music and entertainment.

With families in mind the hotel offers numerous facilities for children including a kids club in summer. Meanwhile, grown-ups should make the most of the Elixir Spa to relax and recharge, or relax at the exclusive zone dedicated to adults (over 16 years), comprising of a separate pool, sunbathing area and Adults Pool Bar.

A choice of rooms and suites include junior suites with private pool and there are duplex rooms ideal for families or groups of friends. It’s around a 40 minute stroll, or a short ten minute taxi ride to Paphos’s harbour and tourist centre with its medieval castle, restaurants and bars, with further restaurants and bars in the hotel’s immediate vicinity.

A ten minute walk away the Paphos Aphrodite Waterpark provides a great day of fun for the whole family in summer. For golfers there are four courses within a short driving distance and for the culturally minded there is easy access to plenty of historical sites within a ten minute drive.

Guests also enjoy free use of sauna and steam bath. Also includes VIP check-in and late check-out until 6pm - subject to availability. Sleeps a maximum of three people.
  • Duplex superior sea view room - Comprising two separate superior sea view rooms sharing an entrance. Same amenities as superior room.
  • Superior deluxe terrace sea view room - Elegant and spacious with large terrace and sea views. Same amenities as superior room plus a DVD player and turn down service. Guests also receive access to a private cabana by the pool and beach.
  • Junior suite with sea view and private pool – Located on the ground floor and facing the sea, the open plan junior suites feature an individual 18sqm pool and sundeck. In addition there is an espresso machine, deluxe bathroom amenities, fruit and wine on arrival and free use of sauna and steam bath.
  • Duplex junior suite with sea view and private pool – Comprising two separate junior suites with one main entrance. Same amenities as junior suite.
  • One bedroom suite sea view - Approximately 46sqm and enjoying unobstructed views of the Mediterranean from the spacious balcony, one bedroom suites comprise a separate living room and two bathrooms. Amenities include espresso machine, fruit and wine on arrival, deluxe bathroom toiletries and late breakfast until 11am.
  • Executive one bedroom suite sea view - Comfortable and elegant suites of around 51sqm comprise a bedroom, separate living room and a spacious terrace or balcony with use of cabana with views over the sea. Amenities include espresso machine, fruit and wine on arrival, deluxe bathroom toiletries and late breakfast until 11am, and the extra benefit of a private cabana on the beach and free use of sauna and steam bath.
  • Executive two bedroom suite sea view - Located on the top floor, these elegant and generously sized 77sqm suites comprise two bedrooms, a  separate living room and a very spacious terrace or balcony with use of cabana with splendid views over the sea. Same amenities as Executive one bedroom suite. Sleeps a maximum of five people.

  • Palm Tree restaurant – Fine a la carte evening dining in an al fresco setting for private reservations from May to October. Open for dinner. Reservation required.
  • Zephyr a la carte restaurant – (Adult only) An a la carte menu of international flavours is available in the evening and guests on half board can choose to enjoy table d'hotel here. Mediterranean buffet breakfast and dinner. Reservations required for dinner.
  • Adonis Mediterranean restaurant – Located by the poolside Adonis serves grilled meats, snacks and desserts. Seasonally open for lunch, afternoon snacks and Mediterranean a la carte dinner. Reservation required for dinner. Open May to October
  • Leda Italian restaurant – Guests booked in Superior rooms or suites can enjoy an exclusive breakfast until 11am each morning. Light lunches and Italian a la carte dinner can be enjoyed poolside. Open for breakfast (Superior rooms and suites), lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner. Reservation required for dinner.
  • Atrium restaurant – The Atrium serves a rich buffet breakfast and delicious dinner buffets with an international slant. Open for breakfast and dinner.
  • Helios beach bar – Light lunches, refreshing drinks and snacks are available at beachside Helios. Open for lunch and afternoon snacks.
  • Nectar cocktail bar – The setting for themed nights and seasonal events and shows.
