The following room types are available:

• Standard Garden Cottage – designed in colonial Caribbean style these rooms are spacious and relaxed, full of style and character.  The bedrooms feature king-size or twin beds, a dressing room and ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. Each room has a sitting area and opens onto a veranda furnished with lounge chairs and dining furniture.

• Superior Sea View Room - A double bedroom with stunning views over Endeavour Bay and neighbouring islands. It features an elevated bathtub, an outdoor shower and a balcony for relaxing and private dining.
• Superior One Bedroom Garden Suites – offer en-suite bedrooms with a separate living room and private balcony bathed in sunshine. 
  Superior Rooms and Suites are located in the gardens of the Cotton House close to all hotel amenities and the main swimming pool.

• Deluxe Garden Suites – These beautifully appointed suites all come with ensuite bathrooms, private plunge pools and verandas, and spacious separate living rooms with views of our tropical gardens. The private outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation, sun-worshiping or intimate private dining.
• Deluxe Seaview Rooms – also ensuite bathrooms, private plunge pools and verandas, with extensive sea views across Endeavor Bay

• Two Bedroom Duplex Suite with Plunge Pool – these two storey suites are located in the heart of the hotel’s grounds and enjoy views of the gardens with glimpses of the Atlantic and Caribbean Sea. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a large private balcony. Downstairs, a separate sitting room, second bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private plunge pool creates the ideal accommodation for couples sharing or young families.

• The Residence - Tucked away on its own hilltop, The Residence is the Cotton House’s private two-bedroom suite. Guests have their own large swimming pool, an outdoor shower, seating areas both indoors and outdoors, a pagoda and beautiful views across L’Ansecoy Bay. Both spacious bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom has a large bath. The perfect place for secluded relaxation. Guests at the residence also benefit for a personal butler and maid
