Sleeps a maximum of four adults and one child, or two adults and three children.*
  • Hidden Retreat – Perfect for large groups, this 205 sqm retreat features two bedrooms, plus garden views, a butler, large garden, private swimming pool, living room, kitchenette, and a sundeck. Personal Butler, complimentary in villa breakfast and daily sunset canapes. Sleeps a maximum of six guests.
  • Aqua Retreat – Light and airy, this 350 sqm retreat features two bedrooms with their own entertainment system and mini bar, plus an infinity pool with Jacuzzi enclaves, an open sun deck spreading out over the lagoon, a dining pavilion, a kitchenette, and a glass floor panel.   • Celebrity Retreat – The biggest and most luxurious, this 600sqm retreat has two floors and three bedrooms, one with a private courtyard, one with a private pool, and one with a private terrace. The downstairs lounge area has a large deck with a swimming pool and over water sala, whilst the upstairs lounge features a wraparound balcony and access to the billiards room. Please note: Due to the layout of the Water Villa they cannot accommodate guests younger than 8 years old.  CHildren aged 8-15 years will only be accommodated with clear acceptance and understanding by guardians of layout and design.  We recommend all water villas only to those aged 16yrs or older.

Koamas kids club is a popular spot for little ones to explore and have fun with new friends. Children can participate in activities ranging from mask making, board games and water sports throughout their stay. The kids club has it's own pool for all children welcome to use.

Open from 8:30am-6pm, monday to saturday, available for children aged 3-12 years. Children under three can stay with an adult.

Babysitting service

Babysitting services are avaiable at Sun Siyam, providing movies, food and fun in your villa for the little ones. The Komamas team must be notified 24 hours in advanced if you wish to book a babysitter.

The All-Inclusive package is available for the entire duration of the stay and starts immediately after check in and ends at 12 noon on the day of departure from the resort.  Kindly note that any charges that is not part of the All-Inclusive package, should be paid directly to resort prior to departure.

Guests may also stay on a Breakkfast only, Half Board or Full Board meal plan.  Meal inclusions will be based on breakfast, lunch and dinner as relevant, served as detailed in the All Inclusive plan above.  No other items listed will be included.
