Overview
On the sandy western shore of Tobago, Coco Reef offers a relaxing Caribbean experience ideal for couples and families looking for a tropical getaway. The hotel has been voted best in the Caribbean for the seventh year running. We really love Coco Reef for its private beach; this arching stretch of sand is the only one in Tobago. Combine the two, and it’s no surprise that it attracts so many repeat customers.
With the tranquil Coco Spa, two restaurants, two bars, and a beauty salon, Coco Reef offers the dreamy relaxation we think every Caribbean break should be about. Staying here is a very serene and peaceful experience; it’s perfect for families as the horseshoe-shaped beach leads into a sheltered cove, perfect for sea swimming. Eric, the hotel manager, was also voted Best Hotel Manager in the Caribbean, and the staff follow his friendly and welcoming example. Chill out in the tropical garden, enjoy the complimentary non-motorised watersports or just relax with a book on the beach – with Coco Reef you can’t go wrong.
Top Tip: Upgrade to an Ocean View room – it’s only a little extra money and waking up to the calm blue waves is worth it.
