Overview

This itinerary is based on 5 nights at Pinewood Beach Resort in Mombasa on a Half Board basis and 2 nights full board safari in Porini.

Experience a genuine, authentic Kenya safari in the world famous Masai Mara. Stay in classic safari tents in either Porini Lion Camp or Porini Mara Camp (it's your choice) and enjoy game drives, all your meals and drinks (some exceptions with certain alcoholic brands) and the great outdoors that only the Mara can offer.

After your safari experience you will fly to Kenya's Mombasa coast where warm aqua blue waters meet gorgeous sandy beaches.

Day 1

After arriving at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you’ll be taken to the local airport and pick up a small plane to the Mara (note only 15kg luggage permitted). The afternoon will be free for relaxing and exploring your surroundings, before your first exciting game drive and sundowner in the evening.

Overnight - Porini Lion Camp / Porini Mara Camp

Day 2

A full day of safari expereinces in the Conservancy. You can also choose to go into the Mara itself (an $80 entrance fee is additional). See all the wildlife that this wonderful are has to offer, from lion, leopard, cheetah, rhino, zebra, giraffe, hyena and so much more. This is a proper safari in excellent 4x4 vehicles and the sort of safari experience everyone deserves.

Overnight - Porini LIon Camp / Porini Mara Camp

Day 3-7

Start the day with a glorious morning safari followed by lunch at your Camp. In the afternoon transfer out of the Mara and head for the beach near Mombasa for a relaxing five nights.

Overnight - Pinewood Beach Resort

Day 8

Time to head home or onward to continue your adventures
