The hotel is based at the heart of Riviera Maya just a short walk away from the stunning sands of the beach. You’re within travelling distance of the ruins of Tulum and the eco-archaeological park at Xcaret –both definitely worth seeing if you’re interested in the historical intrigues of Mexico. Camp Rockaway 2024
Taking place from 27th June to 15th August 2024, this summer camp offers seven weeks of thrilling competitions, campfires, field days and scavenger hunts. Additionally, Vibe City brings a great number of activities to Camp Rockaway through its Roxity Kids Club, Bowling Alley, Laser Tag and HyperX Lounge. This is a great place for families to come together and make unforgettable memories.
Camp Rockaway is free of charge, but certain activities inside Vibe City such as Laser Tag, HyperX, and Bowling will have an additional cost. The fire pit will also have an additional charge.

Family stays at Heaven at Hard Rock
Families are permitted to access some of the restaurants, pool and facilities in the area of Heaven that are closest to the Hacienda resort area. The area beyond the The Dock at Heaven and Heaven Terrace, which includes all Heaven rooms, pools and adult-only restaurants as listed, and Starlight Beach, are referred to as Eden at Heaven and are restricted to those aged 18 years or older
Redevelopment and Maintenance Work - August 2023-April 2024
From 14th August 2023 a project will start that will change the area where Toro restaurant is located into an area that will be home to variety of food trucks over a range of menus. It is due to be completed at the end of March 2024. The noisiest work will take place in September when the restaurant is demolished, but the entire area will be screened off from the resort so after this time there will be less disruption. Work will take place from 9.00am-6.00pm daily. The Toro restaurant is located between the Hacienda Azul Pool and Azul Beach.
