Day 1
Quito
Arrive into Quito and transfer to your hotel (arrival transfer included).
Day 2
San Cristóbal
Take an early flight to San Cristobal and meet with a naturalist guide upon arrival who will assist with your transfer to the catamaran. You’ll visit the Galapaguera Cerro Colorado in the afternoon to see a section of land which has been reserved for the repopulation of giant turtles.

Day 3
Santa Fé and Black Turtle Cove
Sail in search of Santa Fé this morning, which is a small and relatively dry island. This is renowned for swimming with and watching sea lions, as well as seeing the giant prickly pear cactus on the north of the island. If you’re lucky, you may also get chance to see the Galapagos hawk, snakes and the Galapagos mockingbird. In the afternoon, take part in an excursion by ‘panga’ to Black Turtle Cove to observe the mangroves and waterway canals.

Day 4
Isla Santiago
Take a morning excursion to Playa Espumilla which is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Galapagos Islands. Continue onwards to Puerto Egas to see the salt crater and the dark sand beaches.

Day 5
Genovesa
Today sees you land at Genovesa Island which is an old, imploded volcano and a haven for colonies of Frigate birds, blue-footed boobies and various species of seabirds. The views here are stunning, dotted with striking rising volcanic cliffs. You’ll also visit the sites of Darwin Bay and El Barranco as well.

Day 6
Bartolomé and Sullivan Bay
Today you will hike to the summit of Bartolomé Island for an amazing view of the island’s volcanic beginnings. After the hike, stop at the beach to unwind and enjoy the semi-tropical surroundings. But the real highlight is a short and easy walk to the beach on the opposite side which often has sharks and marine turtles swimming and nesting.

Day 7
Rábida and Cerro Dragón
In the morning, take part in an excursion to Rabida Island where you’ll reach a red sand beach. From here, take the short trail leading to a salt water lagoon to see wading flamingos. In the afternoon, visit Cerro Dragón which can be found on the west coast of Santa Cruz Island and is home to a salt water lagoon frequented by flamingos and land iguanas.

Day 8
Santa Cruz
Arrive into Puerto Ayora in the morning and visit the Charles Darwin Research Station to see the giant Galapagos tortoises. You can also take an excursion to the Santa Cruz highlands where you can see these amazing creatures in the wild.

Day 9
San Cristóbal and Quito
Reach San Cristobal in the morning and take a trip to El Junco lagoon to observe the varied vegetation which surrounds the largest freshwater lagoon in the Galapagos Islands. Disembark after breakfast and visit the Interpretation Centre before transferring to the airport for your flight back to Quito. Enjoy one last night in Quito before your departure tomorrow.
