Room types are as follows:

  • King Studios – have one king-size bed, Walk and courtyard views from the window or balcony and an open-plan layout with separate lounge area.
  • King Deluxe Studios – are larger than King Studios with the added bonus of a fully-equipped kitchenette and balconies/windows with sea or Walk views.
  • King Executive Studios – are the same size as King Studios with the additional benefits of access to the Executive Lounge*, which include: complimentary breakfast, all-day snacks, fresh coffee and wonderful ocean views from the 35th floor.
  • One Bed Loft Apartments – feature en-suite bathrooms, kitchens, split level living space, superb views of Dubai marina or the Arabian Gulf and access to the benefits of the Executive Lounge*.
  • One Bed Sea View Loft Apartments – are larger than One Bed Loft Apartments and include the same amenities other than access to the Executive Lounge.
  • Two Bed Apartments – one en-suite master bedroom, one double bedroom with separate bathroom, floor to ceiling windows with pool and terrace views, eight chair dining table and fully-equipped kitchen; perfect for families.
  • Three Bed Apartments – located on the upper floors and larger than Two Bed Apartments with one en-suite master bedroom, one double, one queen-size bedroom and one separate bathroom. Suitable for six adults and two children.
  • Four Bed Apartments – larger than Three Bed Apartments, located on a higher floor with two balconies, two queen-size bedrooms, one king-size en-suite master bedroom and a double bedroom with separate bathroom. This is the largest apartment accommodation and sleeps eight adults and four children.
  • Four Bed Presidential – located on the 42nd floor with almost double the space of Four Bed Apartments as well as a large outdoor terrace area overlooking Dubai marina and the Arabian Gulf.
  • Four Bed Royal Suite – the same size and style as the Four Bed Presidential and perfect for large families that enjoy life in the VIP lane.

  • Hartisan – open kitchen and social seating with a Pan-Arabian and Mediterranean menu served all day, every day.
  • BiCE – award-winning Italian fine-dining served within a chic and stylish setting for lunch and evening meals.
  • BiCE Sky Bar – a tenth floor location offering floor to ceiling views as well as gourmet delights from the BiCE Restaurant menu from 6pm – 2am.
  • Crave – Italian family favourites served for breakfast, brunch, lunch and evening meal.
  • The Grape Escape – French wine, cheese and charcuterie bar to eat in or take away.
  • Pachanga – North and South American steakhouse with typically Latin entertainment as well as Salsa and Tango classes if you're feeling inspired.
  • Wavebreaker – alfresco grills, Arabic tents and shishas overlooking the beach.
  • Studio One – live sports, draft beers and fruity cocktails offered from 4pm – 2am.
  • Pure Sky Lounge & Restaurant – two spectacular terrace areas with 35th floor views, outdoor BBQ and an inspired menu from the mind of Chef Matiyas Ayala. Open from dusk till two.

Ramadan

The holy month of Ramadan will be celebrated every year according to the lunar cycle (approximately 10 March-9 April 2024 and 28 February-30 March 2025). During Ramadan, Muslims all over the world abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during daylight hours. As a result hotels in the UAE may have strict restrictions on alcohol, food consumption and entertainment between sunrise and sunset. At nightfall these restrictions are lifted and normal eating, drinking and entertainment policies are resumed.

Eid Al Adha celebrates the 'breaking of the fast' and falls between sunset on 16-20 June 2024 and 6-10 June 2025, and starts with a 24 hour dry day followed by a three day celebration. Eid Al Adha occurs annually and dates will vary.
