Not accessible by road, and on the edge of Lake Vembanad in Kumarakom this is a hotel truly close to nature. Woodpeckers, paddy herons, egrets and a bramin cow walk around the grounds. Accommodation is in villas around the grounds close to the pool, restaurant, shop and spa. Water flows everywhere and you arrive on property by boat. The staff are friendly and helpful and the dining superb.
