Overview

A comfortable three bedroom villa on the east coast of Antigua, Villa Arawak is located in a gated residential area on the gently sloping hillside of Emerald Cove, with ocean views across Non Such Bay from the lovely tropical garden.

There is a lovely pool set on a furnished sun terrace surrounded by pretty gardens.  And these well maintained grounds lead through a gate to a private beach.  The comfort of this villa is also enhanced by air conditioning throughout and a high level of service with a cook, maid and gardener six days a week all included in the price.

Top Tip: Chat to the cook about the menus for your holiday so that you have a delicious variety through the week of local specialities and family favourites.

Car hire is highly recommended: Private taxi transfers are included in the price of all of our villa holidays to ensure you have an easy and stress-free journey to and from the airport with your luggage. The car will be delivered to your villa, and you can then use the car for exploring the local area. We can arrange your car hire from £250 per week for a small air-conditioned car, or you can upgrade to a jeep or a minivan.

This lovely villa is located in a gated residential development on Antigua’s picturesque east coast, with hillside views across Emerald Cove and Non-Such Bay. You'll be only a short walk away from a private beach, as well as the beautiful beach of Long Bay which offers great water sports. Great restaurants, shops and a supermarket are just a 20-minute drive away.

  • Transfer time from Antigua Airport is approximately 30 minutes

  • Entrance at the upper level with open plan living and dining area leading to fully equipped kitchen
  • Upper level master bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite shower room
  • Lower level double bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite shower room
  • Lower level twin bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite bath and shower room

  • Private pool on sun terrace with loungers, with tropical gardens leading to private beach
  • Outdoor dining area with BBQ
  • Comfortable living area with ceiling fan, air conditioning, Cable TV, Wi-Fi
  • Bathroom towels, bed linen and pool towels are provided
  • Cook service six days a week 8am to 11am and 4pm to 7pm. Ingredients are paid locally, and the grocery shopping can be arranged for a small extra charge.
  • Housekeeping service six days a week
  • A welcome grocery pack is available to pre-book so that you have essentials in the fridge when you arrive – payable on arrival

Please Note:  Credit card authorisation for a ‘damage deposit’ is needed prior to your holiday, which will be settled on departure.
