Dining at Atlantis The Palm
- Atlantis has 17 restaurants, bars and lounges to suit every taste:
- Kaleidoscope offers a family- friendly buffet dining experience. Food includes cuisines from Asia, India, the Levant and Europe. A mosaic pizza oven prepares fresh pizzas, as well as fresh pasta stations and traditional curry and tandoors.
- Saffron offers a contemporary interactive buffet. It has 20 theatrical cooking stations. The food has an accent on: Asian specialties, sushi and sashimi counter, a steam and poach kitchen, a South East Asian curry station, a large bread preparation section, a grill station, and a salad bar with a cheese humidor.
- Rostang is a traditional French Brasserie with a modern twist. Guests on half-board get to enjoy an a la carte breakfast or a three course lunch or dinner set menu.
- Levantine offers a True taste of Arabia featuring the cuisine of the region with Live Arabic entertainment surrounded by explosive colors and scents of the Middle East.
- Locatelli is a sophisticated Italian Trattoria style cooking, rustic with full of flavors, using fresh ingredients. Most of the dishes are served family style.
- Located on the beach in front of The West Tower, Nasimi has a relaxed beach side style seating. During the day, classic poolside cuisine is offered and guests on half board can enjoy a three course set menu.
- The Edge, adjacent to the Royal Pool in between The Royal Towers, guests on half board can consume a three course set menu lunch at The Edge.
